The info on the loan, plus curent quarterly report can be read at "pinksheets.com" type in EDEX then click on filings.Also found out today that Wm. Jones dumped 300,000 shares last month.Only asset I see is a computer,when I went thru leases a year ago EDEX hadn't a lease in their name including Mesa!I checked BLM and state of New Mexico and North Dakota records at that time.Merry Christmas to all,and I'll post after holidays on Il.and what partner has to say.
