Right! If one wants to become the high bid, one has to beat the current high bid. In other words, .0156 beats .0155

That's no guarantee of getting filled, but it puts you in position to be the first order filled if they move off the ask. A bid lower than that just means you get in line and take your chances. Good luck, and all the best.
