I believe that you are mistaken. Shulman & Associates is not a corporation but a limited liability company. LLC's are organized and managed by elected managers who function in a similar capacity as the board of directors for a corporation.

My question involves the validity of an organizational filing by managers who don't legally exist. Gratis Enterprises, Inc, an organizing manager of Shulman & Associates, had its registration permanently revoked by the Nevada SOS in 2004. Another manager is not registered within the state. It is reported that all live happily together with Manny at the same Vegas address.
