Agreed.Welwind, has 1200mw MORE under contract than JUHL and JUHL trades above a buck! DEVELOPMENTAL is the KEY, No risk no reward....If people are looking for a sure thing? You can buy IBM, Apple etc etc etc. BUT you will never get paid like you can with a developmental company.
