Well to elaborate a bit on the release that was sent out last week, our first priority is regaining the lost confidence from shareholders. I am working on that as our first target which you should hear something shortly about that.



The other thing that is being worked on is the lack of information that is made available to shareholders and possible investors about the share structure and debt structure. Also included in that is SEC filings. Of which is actually really exciting for us because I am not sure how familiar you are with the pinksheets or OTCBB’s but if you look around a majority of them carry convertible debentures and/or ridiculous purchase warrants. These “finance vehicles” are really poison for the common holders……so what most potential investors don’t know is that Kidsational (KDSC) has ZERO convertible debentures and ZERO warrants. So really what that means is that the stock trades very clean.



Then on the new direction, we will be executing the name and symbol change early to mid January. Simultaneously to that our contracts and agreements will be either done or in progress with the first couple of companies that will be part of our team.
