Phil, will they come for free...come on, it is called customer service. They had better take care of me!

Let them tell you that if it is free. I don't think it is the TV if you get the other channels. Just my useless opinion.

It's the box or the TV if everything is working otherwise. Let them figure it out. That is what we pay for.
