"Every private sector company has to adjust, or fail" - Wrong, and The Decider/Hank Paulson proved it when they DID NOT demand CITI Group/other banks change their business model/exec mgt - they gave the banks taxpayer's money, no strings attached...banks didn't change their ways, and nobody in the WH/Treasury said a word.
