Gabriel was a major shareholder in Biofrontera before he ever came to DNAG. Both he and his wife held significant positions. His involvement with Biofrontera must certainly have been the foundation for the interactions and agreements between Biofrontera and DNAG. His personal holdings in Biofrontera will still provide him with a connection and probably are the basis for his position on the supervisory board, but apart from his involvement with both companies, there is no other connection between the two companies.
