I didn't think I was going to need to post until after the new year, that's why I wished everyone an early holiday cheer. I see Tiger is now Robert Frost.
Anyway, I think all investors are really missing the big picture.
Our problems as shareholders have absolutely nothing to do with CYRX or our container, quite the opposite.
Think about it this way, you're CYRX, you've got this container that Quest wants to use exclusively, fine, you MFG the container, sell it to Quest, Quest takes care of the transportation, 2 way deal, end of story.
Throw Fed-Ex into the mix now that we're tied at the hip with them. CYRX, MFGs the container, Quest says great, will take 1000, CYRX, but you have to use Fed-Ex for deliveries, Quest says not a problem,
Fed-Ex says to Quest, well, we don't service some of your locations. Now what do you do?
PB, sitting at home in Lake Forest, hey we did our part, we invented the container and MFG the container, we even set up the recycling centers as specified. Fed-Ex, how are you going to solve our problem?
Fed Ex, well, will have to find another carrier to hand off to in Asia to the areas we don't service. How much longer is that going to take?
Fed-Ex, We don't know.
Do you get the picture, deal after deal has to be worked out, even though CYRX is done their job, CYRX is part of the system. CYRX Is the strongest link in the chain, not the weakest.
When all is said and done, perhaps 5 deals have to be resolved before anything significant can happen.
CYRX and the customer, Fed-Ex and the customer, CYRX and the Recycling center, Fed-Ex, If need be, another carrier.
This is much more complexed than the 50 day moving average. IMO, once you resolve this first major hurdle/deal, you will have a model for all future proposals.
Lets think about this, would CYRX have been better off with Fed-Ex or Without Fed-Ex?
If we didn't have Fed-Ex, we wouldn't be part of the system, and well on our way to $3.00 or $4.00 by now, IMO.
With-out Fed-Ex, we wouldn't have a sales and marketing arm.
Don't Blame Peter Berry and CYRX, sometimes you need to really look, look some more and see the picture from all angels.
I would suggest everyone go to the link below, and read what Forbes has to say about India and Logistics.
