I remember reading about koch (energy co in midwest) buying the current oil contract, taking delivery, selling it as a June Futures contract at a big profit, and renting a super tanker to store it until the June delivery date. If there are others doing this, you can bet that the prices will stay low for a while. I'm short on the oil co's via DUG. DUG has not gone up enough, in my opinion. The price of oil goes down $110 and DUG goes up only 25% during that time, just doesn't jive.
