What's disappointing is that through all of Arne's talk and PR's he never once mentioned anything about having to get financing - it had to be discovered by one's own due dilligence.

While it is every investor's responsibility to do DD, I find that him not bringing up the financing matter is very strange. Supports my opinion that he was maybe hoping that this would run just on acquisiton news similar to MOBL.

Hind-sight is 20/20.
