Leole, I am thinking that this isn't even a company. Wuxi steel ball is the real company and CJGH was created just to milk some money out of shareholders here and in Frankfurt.

The earnings they were releasing probably was something they gleaned from Wuxi, and somewhere along the line I think something spooked them and they simply dropped all their involvement with the imaginary CJGH. I think Wuxi is a legitimate and thriving company. I think CJGH exists only on paper. Just my opinion. Wuxi is definitely real and in business. CJGH cannot be substantiated as real and doing business.

Then figure that the two supposedly different companies share all the same phone numbers, officers, and so on......it all adds up. I think something happened to make them think they were going to get in trouble and its been hands off (CJGH)
every since.

Did you see my post of the web site: doing business in china? Wuxi was prominately listed but no CJGH as doing business in China. That web site has absolutely every possible business product available in China with literally millions of entries by product, location, company or any way you wish to reference it. No CJGH.
