It seems that we have a difference of opinion here.

Since we’re discussing this in full view of a jury of our peers, let’s see what they decide.

Item 3 – I didn’t work for Big Apple, so getting fired would have taken some genuine effort. I did, however, speak with them right after I quit and warned them that Plant was a lying POS. They rejected my assertion. So while I couldn’t have been fired by them, let’s assume they would have if they could have. So, we’ll give you partial credit here. (BTW – I was right again here. Had they listened to me, they could have saved their reputations and possibly ten of thousands of dollars in potential legal fees. But they were a bunch of arrogant schmucks and so they must suffer the consequences that arrogant schmucks must suffer.)

Item 4 – You and the previous moderator checked and nothing of importance was deleted. And the previous moderator was who? And the reason the moderator in charge during Plant’s reign vanished immediately after the news of the arrest came out was what? And why was the Cyberkey thread the subject of numerous censorship complaints on another chat site?

Looks like it’s your word versus some pretty convincing circumstantial evidence. I like my chances with the jury.

If you want to file an appeal, you are going to need a new information source. Lucky for you, one actually exists. The Idiot Heaton was there for the resignation / firing. I’m sure his attorney won’t let him talk to anyone, but it’s worth a try. I understand from sources that he hates Plant like poison. Something about facing personal lawsuits due to Plant’s criminal actions. Seems Heaton’s in no mood to boost Plant’s public image these days. I suggest you treat him as a hostile witness for the defense.
