i dont think 25 basis point causes launch mode as we already got the launch in that regard on a report early this week that was likely to put fed more on hold. personally i think this whole crap about rates is pathetic. rising interest rates from toilet levels is totally INSIGNIFICANT until they get to 2.5 or 3%.
