Great questions. I have only heard of people seeing the engine run. There is a video of a motorcycle running with the csrv, and another video of a large engine running. As far as the grass growing in the lot It's probably better they let the grass grow and save money to get the show on the road(no pun intended). Waiting 4 years might sound like a long time but it could take another 4 or perhaps never given the fact that there are no guarantees in the market...especially on a speculative play like this. There are no numbers to crunch here...just pure speculation. But if you believe there is something to this you just have to wait, buy more when you think it gets too cheap(like the insiders just did), or sell and try to get your timing right on another issue.
