Twister. I have done my best to try to furnish information that helps with the type of issues you bring up.
You said................... To convey partial costs with open ends was useless. They may as well said they have an agreement and left it at that. Except it was material information. And quite possibly VERY material.
The omission of fact and cloudy explanations given by management in the past has provided disappointment for the shareholders in the future. Reading between the lines has proven to be a very expensive pastime with this bunch.
Excel........... You can live in the past like many on RB and some here would like to do. You can point to the past about all kinds of factors and most here including myself would agree with you NV made mistakes.
Yet there comes a time to realize what is going on looking towards the future with the new experts NV has brought in.
My last post to you regarding reasons for further disclosure was very plain and simple to the point and full of LOGICAL business sense.
Yet it seems to me that nothing anyone says will satisfy you. You seem hell bent on living in the past.
You have that right.
But also know that when one's mind is so closed due to living in the past they miss the view of the future.
From where I'm looking the future of NV looks to be a rocky road with plenty of curves up ahead.
Yet I expect nothing less for a company bringing a transmission technique technology in a market like this.
It won't be easy but what matters to me is if we have the leadership and the experts at hand to take us there.
I certainly believe we do.
You have mentioned that you are happy about Cooper. Okay fine. Go read filing. You will notice he is under a consulting agreement. You also know he is to officially begin duties known as the CEO on June 1st.
Due to having that consulting agreement Mr Cooper has ALREADY taken on the CEO position.
He is running the company.
He has ALREADY brought in his own people.
And you can bet every dollar you have Mr Cooper signed off on that latest PR!
So in conclusion Mr Cooper believes this is the proper and logical way to do business!
Yes, I was very confused at the start reading the PR.
But after processing further information.
Educating myself by talking with others including JH I'm now VERY comfortable with the reasons why.
If you want EVERYTHING layed out for you then go buy a NASDAQ well established company.
It can't get any more simple then that!
We are not yet in a position due to negotiations and wanting the best deal for ourselves to reveal everything!
