I have just been told directly by the company's legal counsel that he is making final adjustments to the financial statements through September 30, 2008, after which he will file a Form 15(c)211 and submit the statements to Pink Sheets by this week's end. I asked him how soon we would be able to trade thereafter, and he said 45 days maximum, which would make my estimate of the end of January pretty much on the mark as a conservative estimate of when we will resume trading.
