Read your posts and to start he ( Ward) back in March of 07,
has his preferred convertible into common with a clause that
those common shares would not subject in the event of a reverse split.
Everything you have said could work if they really wanted to.
Many friends of mine have spoken to Ward and others and to
be honest were told things that never came true. Not once
but over a course of two years many calls, conversations, etc.
The bottom line is this, is they go with the wind. First hurricanes, Lakes, Mines and now Natural gas fields of
which they have failed in everyone to date. Wouldn't you
think that there is something wrong.
They follow a pattern of high volume, questionalable press
releases, false hope and not one concrete thing you can
hang your hat on. This has been the pattern since I have been in this stock for two years.
I do not want to see anyone lose money and be taken but the
facts are the facts. They diluted the hell out of the stock
w/o telling everyone and I really do not want to get into this
as you can read my past posts that range over the last year.
We have all been taken in and blinded and sold a story about
this company from a friend who himself is way underwater
in this thing. I think you are right about this has to end.
You can start by contacting the Neveda Secretary of State,
Securities Division and file a complaint. They will look
into this thing and will save you the expense of hiring
an attorney at this point. They have money and time and will
look into it. You can count on me to be a witness and also
furnish them with them emails and all correspondence regarding
ECCI. This way they will do all the leg work. In addition
depending on what state your in becuase the insiders are
spread out into different states, so I would pick the state
that is least convienent for them to get to and contact the
U.S. Attorney's Office to invetigate. Even though this is a
penny stock they will jump in and investigate. They will
help you. You must know that if you take this course expect
no reocvery from the company or price appreciation but you or
the shareholders can use the Federal Civil Courts for that
which in my opinion is the best avenue afer the DOJ and State DOJ report back. Also te SEC is another agency. If
you decided on any of the above, I think you would be doing
a good thing becuase the abuses that have been perpertrated
by this company will be plentiful when uncovered.
I would help but I will be out of the country until March.
I think in the end it's probably the best route as I really do
not see any chance for a recovery of money lost for myself and
my group and we have waited and just to see what they have done to date gets me sick. We were duped and I think at this
point most shareholders feel the same way. There's a business
in everything and even in Penny Stocks. With all the volume
over the last few years in this stock somebody made out very
well with turnover of shareholders etc., The one problem
we all have is that we all want to believe and
let things ride because of that and hang hopes on unrealistic
things that make no sense from others looking in from the outside. The one good thing maybe that will come out of this
is that someone will face serious charges and will not be
allowed to it again.
I speak for myself and my group and would co-operate in any way
to stop this company from continuing and hold those accountable in court for their actions. I have pretty good suff to hand in at the right time and my feelings are that they do not expect
any retribution from shareholders becuase of costs and the amount
of losses that that they incurred whch maybe in their mind is not alot of money so they will do nothing but have a great story to tell people. But I can tell you with confidence that they are dead wrong when it comes to the government, especially in these
times. You as a shreholder of a public company have a lot more rights then you think and what they the company percieve that you
do. Just call up the criminal division of the Neveda securities
division and they will tell you and guide you.
