You know Cramer bugs the hell out of me most of the time,but lately He has put the blame on these large houses as the problem the markets has with short sellers attacking the banks.

This would also hold true for shorting Aig/Fnm/Fre and who ever eles that has moneis from the bailout's ??Reason being they think they will fail or come close to it.With the shorts attacking sure doesn't help them in any way survive .Cramer wants the uptick rule back and states Cox has to go !! Do away with the Sec and start over is my hope .
