'these cheapies are only likely to get cheaper' ,,,
especially for the next 2 weeks , until it's too late
for copi Tax-Loss selling , for 2008.

Some are down over 90% ; so, recovering 15% of the original
cost , in cash , from the IRS , And ~5% from State Tax ,
is like a gain of ~200% , from today's closing price.

Then , after waiting 31 days , [to avoid a 'wash sale'] ,
the Tax-Loss sellers can buy back ~3 Times as many copi's.

Averaging-down is profitable, for shorters, only.
