MRNA RE: RNAI research, I have a study I ordered here at home (I have long been interested in this field) that predicts the market will be a multi hundred billion dollar industry by 2012 and 10 x that by 2020. It will replace pretty much all ways of treating disease as we know it by basically going into your cells and changing your cell structure to cure the disease.
