Allie, thanks for the update. I still have questions about how STP1 will operate. It is an LLC, does it have a separate fund manager, or are Paul and/or Errol the Principals? Will 141 use "automatic" trading models to perform the trades to reduce fixed costs? Will 141 act as an "advisor" or a "trader"?

IMO, one fund of this size is not the destination of 141's journey. What is next for 141....more exempted funds (if so how will they operate); CPO status; or ????

Just some thoughts while we pass through the long quiet period. All just opinions; please do your own DD.
