Ok the manufacturer of the Rover is Central Valley Resources in
Vancouver, Canada. Dan Nelson is who put the non-proprietary
components of the mobile water treatment unit together. The guy and
his company do all kinds of major Oil and Gas equipment manufacturing
projects I heard.

All the proprietary water treatment system components including the
electrodes are manufactured by NeoHydro so the intellectual property
is protected.

Management owns up to 60% of the total shares outstanding as long as
they meet all the specific milestones required by the original
financiers of the company which they are doing now.

Soon the video showing the unit and pictures of it in action will be
posted on the website as well as the update showing the management has
had huge prior success with Chloro Guard Electronics Inc.
