No, it is not Culligan, which is what I have at home. All we are saying is it must be amazing water and nothing like our water or bottled. When we bought a water filtration system for our last house they advertised washing our clothes and showering in the water would all be better. After the contaminants were removed it would be better for our clothes, skin and hair because of the water. That is all we are saying. You just read toooo much into it. Neohydro would be the top of the line water and I would love to taste the difference. I am just very excited for the people and counties that will be able to benefit from the Rover. Good luck to you!
