Kim it more about what he said. If buyer first said all cahs deal then came late and said sorry we need BIHC to carry of IOU. I know I would not do any deal unless all cash. If going to be paid over time might as well hold onto Baron and take the ongoing profits. Get paid over time and still own Barons. It's clear to me the credit mess we have these days made it so buyer could not get cash they needed. Carry a note no way.
