Rkrw - thanks for your reply. By current trials do you mean right through to Phase 3 or just Phases 1 & 2? With Biodel likely to file their NDA in either mid 2009 or mid 2010 (depending on their current discussions with the FDA) how do you see Halo's NDA timing compared to those two dates? I would imagine that the later Biodel date is much more likely, don't you. You can't screw up a trial in India and be allowed to get away with it!
