Maybe I am misunderstanding- but a new patent would be on a combination drug ( Insulin + Enhanze ). So does it really matter which insulin/company the combination drug is made with, from HALO's point of view, as long as the combination has superior attributes over the Insulin alone? Let the highest bidder win.
