Ok riddle me this Batmen. We have NEW SHORT RULES IN PLACE as of September. This stock has been on the "NOT SHORTABLE" list for over 2 months, yet this remains on the Reg SHO list still, and SHORT INTEREST has increased the last 2 months even though it is on the "NO SHORT" list. Looks like we have some more meaningless unenforced rules again.
