Your information is misleading. You show no proof that the lawsuit has expired. And, even if the lawsuit has expired, it might be because they might have reached an agreement with ACG. Most importantly, the lawsuit is not a factor in PDGT's future success.

Didn't you originally claim that Paradigm had lied about the fact that the lawsuit even existed???

Opportunity exists, even in good and bad market conditions...
