I was thinking another type of customer, or I missed BH's business plan.

I look at the movie rentals as window dressing for something else.

I remember multiple times in blogs, and other communications that he wasn't trying to compete directly with Netflix, or other type businesses.

For myself I await the bigger picture to arrive and enjoy movies.
