Good day to you Hawk and all other investers. I wonder if you can help me and others...the msrm conversion contains a part about warrants and only exercisable when the share price goes above $2.75.

Can you tell us do we have to pay out any thing extra to gain these shares with the warrants.
I presume that these warrants are only obtainable after the msrm conversion.
Any info to enlighten the many confused investors would be most welcome.
