Doing a roundup would defeat what seems to be their purpose. Technically, they're a reporting company, and they're way behind in their filings. To qualify to file a Form 15 exemption from reporting, they need to have fewer than 300 shareholders.

The great big r/s would take care of that nicely, but ONLY if there's no roundup.
