Hey Thread,
just created a simple means of giving your thoughts on the following day. here is is:

for today my expectaion falls between a C and a B


next day expectaion classification. score is A-E with A being the best day (for longs) and E the worst

A ndx up 15 or more points
B ndx up 5-15 points
C ndx down 5 to up 5 points
D ndx down 5 to 15 points
E ndx down more than 15 points
