they must feel that the company will ultimately be successful and make money.

That would seem to be the only way that they could even get their money back much less make a decent return on investment.

It does not seem logical to me that the buyers of the new round of debentures would expect to make their money by converting their debentures to stock at .00008 per share and selling it at .0001.


Like I mentioned in my email to you, people on the Yahoo board are theorizing that the CD holder is doing the following:

- Naked shorting the stock (probably tens of millions of shares), thus driving down the price. It's also fraudulent and illegal, though this SEC doesn't seem to care.
- Once the price gets very low, converting their notes into shares, which serves to cover their short position.
- Not holding onto any shares. They're dumped onto the market after the covering.
- Repeat.

If this is what's really happening, it'd be infuriating. Do you have any reason to believe it's not the case?
