RBCL -- 12/09/08 thoughts:

RBCL is a cash-rich, low-debt, highly profitable and growing maker of nutritional supplement and personal care product company. Tiny PE, tiny annualized PE, and tiny float. Shouldn't take much for this one to go signficantly higher IMO.
