It's always nice to have better-than-expected numbers. However, I'd be surprised if it moves our pps much. This thing is just too big to move on anything less than a housing turnaround. Considering that half of those who "restructured" their loans are already behind again, I'd say there needs to be far more drastic principal and interest rate reductions.
