Welcome to the new board for the Tribune News company. While the bulk of the Tribune company is privately held, the stock known as TXA has over 327 million outstanding shares. On 8 Dec this stock fell over 94% and was removed from the NYSE pending reorganization.

TRBC owns portions of the Los Angeles Times, the chicago Tribune, Wrigley Field, and the Chicago Cubs. This one may be interesting to follow as Tribune reorganizes. Is she too big to fail?
