It most definitely makes for an interesting e-mail question in, "Mr. Raley, by answering this question and saying that you see no illegal activity with the stock in regards to the naked shorting issue, as this stock has been in a Fail to Deliver status for 125 out of the last 130 trading days since June 12th, would this be an admission that you have known and have given your consent to the financiers to continue naked shorting this stock, knowing full well that when conversions came due, that there would be massive dilution to your shareholders equity? And if this is so, are you aware that this is a severe ethics violation and that you are in violation of your fiduciary responsibilities to your shareholders by withholding this information from them?"

Bet you he wouldn't respond to that little nugget. Of course it could followed by the statement "If I do not receive a response from you with an answer to these questions, then I will accept that as an admission guilt."
