Looks like Pedro was secretary and
on the BOD of the PDR exchange.It's been
over a year and the PDR exchange has never
been functional and Pedro chose to be silent
about it. Now it's all about MST's fault to
why it failed,an act of infamy,never to mention
his name again.
Applied logic tells me to expect the more
of the same from the CEO of PNMS. (IMO).
