Larry Wilcox will get sued big time if he screws his debt holders at UCHB by diluting them with up to two billion shares from the shareholders of this crap stock. There will likely have to be a reverse split on TSHL shareholders for this reason alone.

I don't even think there will be a merger. it will be like every other one of Mobloan Wilcox's past merger announcements. Mobloan won't want to be taken out to the desert Joe Pesci style by Mikhail Guss and the Russian mobster boys .
