Larry Wilcox's statement on R/S lie. (I got this in my email)

"Here is what I say and you can quote me so the rumor mongers stop:

1. I am diligently working on the 10K.
2. We are optimistic about the plan of merger but there are always caveats
in such a business transaction.
3. We have NOT defined or agreed on the architectures of the company or
companies yet contrary to what the bloggers represent.
4. We believe that there will be multiple ways to do this merger, and
perhaps multiple choices, which we are optimistic about and we believe that
contingent upon these deal(s) being consummated, we will potentially see
some compounding result.
5. I have a lot of friends and family in this company and I cannot desert
it with reckless abandon and have preferred to me cautious for the past
almost 10 years with the shares. This company now has an azimuth and will
pursue such a vector with velocity. I hope that my family, friends, and
shareholders will win from this passionate endeavor. I know that no matter
what, we have tried hard to find a positive solution, under the most dire
circumstances. Lets us all hope that this plan of merger will be successful
and lets us wallow in the glee of such!"
