I see a new level of confidence in Larry because he skipped over the idea of processing ore with the smaller trommel and advised that they move immediately to the larger trommel (300 tpd - 500 tpd). This makes us ahead of schedule from the original plan.
Even if they only process as little as .10 ounces of gold per ton, they will still be well on their way to some nice profits, as they ramp up to higher levels.
If you figure gold at $750 p/oz it still looks good.
300 tons p/day X .10 oz = 30 oz p/day 30 oz X $750 = $22,500 p/day x 30 days = $675,500 p/mth Within ten months this will produce over 6.7 Million dollars. Not bad for starters. By then the other mines will be producing as well.
My figure are well below their projections, but even at these levels it looks good.
For a tiny mining company, this will be a major turning point...and will enable them to move up to the next level with their other mines (COS 1 & 2 and the Lucky Linda)... IMHO. I am really looking forward to the Lucky Linda.
When I visit the mine, I will tell you what I find and document everything with photos and videos.
Relax... Enjoy the journey My comments are just opinions.
