Paying the sales people in shares would be a typical pinky thing to do however I don't believe WIngs & Ink and Orgill work that way...these aren't pinky grade companies they are real companies

If Eric was doing business that way why not pay distributors and Surefill with shares?

That being said, the fact that these guys will get paid in cash is a good sign that Winning Colors is either selling strong or that we have the National Account.

The way Eric has been doing business so far has been following a discipline that is anti-debt and moving towards profitability.
