1.1 billion has been there for ages. If you have followed this stock as you state you would know this. I believe that in pinksheets, O/S usually are not accurate on brokers' records. hell, even OTC, they are not that accurate.

For those who play the chart, isn't it looking so nice? :) It just want to turn up again. I wonder if this time it can reach .002
