The Saudis think $75 is FMV for OIL...I say its probably somewhere in between. Would expect OPEC to cut oil production a little so prices go toward their target. Personally, with the recession I think people can live with $50-60 per barrel prices. But, this is how I think of it. I own a business and we have a lot of gas expense (300+ gallons per week). If OIL goes to $30-40 ...great my business expenses go down, if it goes to $50-60 I'll make it back here....hedging my expenses/bets/etc.
