I am in the same boat and agree. My understanding is that the 3.5 bil shares just registered are potential dilution but are for now collateral for ongoing financing arrangements with long term restrictions, etc. Little comfort if things do not occur but we are getting much closer. Thanks for going TO the company. Most just blow hot air.
