TSHL acquired 80% mineral rights from Russel Murphy.
Russel Murphy owns 42 acres parcel at the hassayampa river at the confluence of fool's canyon.
Mr. Murphy is one of the claimant for the unpatented claim called Buckshot. You can use BLM's geocommunicator to locate the BuckShot claim and the map will show you the road to get to the site.
They don't need to drive up the river. That's just false statement with lack of due diligence.
TSHL's mining operation is currently concentrated only in this private parcel area. I contacted both Arizona BLM state office and Arizona BLM Hassayampa field office and confirmed that they can do whatever they want to do on their private property. BLM does not keep record of patented claims. If you don't believe me, you may contact field office geologist Mr. David Eddy or Mr. Mike Rice.
