Well, my personal conversation over the phone is that Mr. Seidel does not like catering to shareholders as in dealing with the public which is constantly seeking information he cannot divulge... quite blunt in my opinion. However, this comes from the same person that took US Filter from pennies to around 19 bucks/share before being bought by Seimens.

Another part of the conversation was that the company will be listed on the nasdaq by July 2009... great news but only in the context that will be no r/s... he could not tell me how this would come to pass, of course.

I look at things this way, had I invested in water companies straight out of high school, I would be sitting on top of profits greater that 14K%... that is astounding by any measure.

So, I will be patient in my megatrend water sector and select companies of which UGSI is a top 5 choice.
