Someone posted that an email from Gene had the uplisting Exchange suggesting that now was not a good time to uplist.

That suggestion suggests to me that an IPO is a part of the uplisting, and that now is not a good time to float an IPO.

Otherwise, what would the economy have to do with whether or not to uplist?
