bbhuey - thanks for sharing your dd on the differences between laser tissue connect and our LTC. It looks like our LTC has a great chance to be the preferred technology as the most cost effective and without the smoke (plus we have the lead with FDA approval). I personally see these as major points. Even though both can have accidents (just like a scalpel), I would think that a error using a laser would have the potential to do more harm? Maybe the si-fi glamor of the laser tech will bring attention into our field and people will start looking at laser competitors and who will they find? I also think our LTC will be more versatile in the types of surgery that it can preform.
